# **Ingredients:
**#### **For the Steak Bites:**–
1 lb (450g) sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin steak, cut into
1-inch cubes–
2 tbsp olive oil–
3 tbsp butter–
4 garlic cloves, minced–
1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried thyme)–
1 tsp fresh rosemary (or ½ tsp dried rosemary)– ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)– Salt and black pepper to taste–
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)#### **For the Creamy Spaghetti:**–
8 oz (225g) spaghetti or fettuccine–
2 tbsp butter–
3 garlic cloves, minced–
1 cup heavy cream– ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese– ½ tsp salt (or to taste)– ¼ tsp black pepper– ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)–
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)### **Instructions:**#### **
