Banana Walnut Bread

The perfect breakfast or in-between  snack! This bread is packed with nutrients and the natural sweetness of ripe bananas and  honey. 🍯

  • ⏰ Prep Time: 15 minutes

  • ⏰ Bake Time: 50-60 minutes

  • 🍽️ Servings: 12 slices

INGREDIENTS

Dry Ingredients:

  • 180g whole grain  flour

  • 50g oatmeal (rolled oats)

  • 5g (1 tsp) baking powder

  • 2g (1 tsp) cinnamon

  • A pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 170g honey

  • 2 large eggs

  • 240g mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium bananas)

  • 60ml vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Add-ins & Topping:

  • 60g walnuts, roughly chopped

  • Extra walnuts for topping

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon of honey for glazing after baking
