Ingredients:
• Cabbage leaves – from 1 large head, blanched
• Ground beef or pork – 500 g
• Rice – ½ cup
• Onion – 1, minced
• Dill – 2 tbsp, chopped
• Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
• Olive oil – 3 tbsp
• Salt & pepper – to taste
• Chicken or vegetable broth – 4 cups
• Avgolemono sauce (2 eggs + juice of 1 lemon)
