Lahanodolmades (Cabbage Rolls)

1️⃣ Mix ground meat, rice, onion, dill, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Place a spoonful of filling on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
3️⃣ Arrange rolls in a pot, seam side down.
4️⃣ Cover with broth, place a plate on top to hold rolls down, and simmer for 45 minutes.
5️⃣ Prepare avgolemono by whisking eggs and lemon juice, then slowly adding hot broth.
6️⃣ Pour sauce over cabbage rolls and serve warm.
