👩🍳 Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F, top/bottom heat). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Finely grate the apples. If they’re very juicy, gently squeeze out some of the moisture.
In a large bowl, combine the grated apples, oats, egg, cinnamon, baking powder, and honey (or maple syrup). Mix until a moldable dough forms.
Form the cookies: Use your hands to shape small cookies (about 5 cm / 2 inches in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let them cool completely – and enjoy!
