Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix the Base
In a large bowl, combine:
Egg noodles
Shredded chicken
Frozen corn
Diced onion
Shredded cheese
Crumbled bacon
Mix well.
Make the Sauce
In a separate bowl, whisk together:
Milk
Cream of chicken soup
Minced garlic
Salt and pepper
Mix until smooth.
Combine Everything
Pour the sauce over the noodle and chicken mixture. Stir to coat everything evenly.
Assemble & Bake
Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
