This was always a delight to eat growing up!

In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with allulose or erythritol until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until well blended.
Add chopped pineapple, berries, and orange segments.
Mix in pecans and chopped cherries (if using).
Toss the banana slices in lemon juice to prevent browning. Fold in, or skip for stricter carb control.
Spread mixture into a 9×13-inch pan, cover, and freeze at least 4 hours.
Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes, then slice into squares.
Variations & Tips
Swap banana for chopped avocado for creamy texture and fat (optional, unconventional).
Use orange zest instead of segments for flavor without carbs.
Add a drop or two of pineapple or cherry extract for flavor boost without sugar.
