Variations & Tips
For a spicier version, consider adding a diced jalapeño or a pinch of cayenne pepper to the beef mixture. If you prefer a different protein, ground turkey or chicken can be used as a substitute for beef. For a more Mediterranean twist, add some black olives and feta cheese. To make it even more nutritious, toss in some spinach or kale during the cooking process.
