Stuffed pasta shells (Italian _conchiglie ripiene_)


2. *Instructions*:
– Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
– Cook shells according to package, then drain and cool.
– Mix cooked meat, ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt & pepper.
– Stuff each shell with the mixture.
– Spread 1 cup marinara in a baking dish, arrange shells on top, cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
– Bake 25–30 mints
