Strawberry Butter Recipe

 

Instructions

1. Prepare the Strawberries

  • Rinse the  strawberries and pat them dry.

  • Remove the stems and roughly chop them.

2. Make the Strawberry Puree

  • Blend the chopped strawberries in a food processor or blender until smooth.

3. Cream the Butter & Sugar

4. Add the Strawberry Puree

  • Gradually mix in the strawberry puree until fully combined and smooth.

5. Adjust Sweetness (Optional)

  • Taste and add more powdered sugar if desired.

6. Chill (Optional)

  • For a firmer texture, refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.

7. Serve & Store

  • Spread on your favorite baked goods or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
