Slow Cooker Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Infuse the Oil Heat olive oil in a skillet over low. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook gently until fragrant (not browned).
  2. Slow Cook the Sauce Pour garlic oil into a slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on low for 4–6 hours to let flavors meld.
  3. Cook the Pasta Boil spaghetti until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
  4. Combine Add cooked spaghetti to the slow cooker. Toss to coat. If dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time.
  5. Serve Plate hot and garnish with Parmesan and extra chili flakes if desired.
