Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Assemble bottoms: Place half the Ritz crackers (flat side down) in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer filling: Add folded ham strips, then a cheese square on each cracker.
Top: Place remaining Ritz crackers on top to form mini sandwiches.
Mix topping: Combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Drizzle over sandwiches.
Finish seasoning: Sprinkle poppy seeds and dried minced onion evenly on top.
Bake: 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
Serve warm and enjoy.
Tip: For a sharper flavor, use extra-strong Swiss or add a pinch of cayenne to the butter mixture.
