Step 1: Mix the Filling Combine cream cheese, feta, spinach, onion, and parsley in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Step 2: Prep the Pastry Thaw frozen pastry if needed. Roll out to even thickness on a floured surface.
