A fully-loaded, steakhouse-style baked potato topped with juicy, garlicky sirloin bites. Crispy-skinned, fluffy-centered potatoes meet savory  steak in a dish that’s both comforting and impressive—perfect for weeknights or weekend feasts.

Ingredients

For the Potatoes:

  • 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed

  • 1 tbsp  olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar  cheese

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup sliced green onions

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 2 tbsp butter (optional)

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
