Lemon Butter Garlic Baked Fish

The Ingredients

Fish: 1.5 lbs thick white fish fillets (Cod, Halibut, or Sea Bass work best for those flakes).

The Sauce: 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted), 3 cloves garlic (minced), and 1 tbsp olive oil.

Seasoning: 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper, and 1/2 tsp paprika or lemon pepper.

Aromatics: 1 large lemon (half sliced into rounds, half juiced) and a handful of fresh Italian parsley, chopped.
