Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking tray.
Roast potatoes for 25 minutes until golden.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add beef slices and cook for 3 minutes.
Add honey, soy sauce, and garlic to the beef. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve beef over roasted potatoes.
Notes
Use a non-stick pan to prevent sticking.
Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
Marinate beef for extra flavor.
