Preparation:
First, beat the butter and sugar well, then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything until smooth and creamy.
Pour the finished mixture into the greased muffin tin and bake at 160 °C in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
Our tip: You can also add various fruits such as cherries or chocolate chips, if you like.
Our tip 2: If you have a muffin tin, you should grease it before baking and keep it in the fridge until use. This way, the muffins won’t stick to the tin later.
