If you have 1 egg and yogurt, you will prepare this dessert in 5 minutes! No oven or yeast

1. Mix the liquid ingredients:
– In a bowl, break the egg, add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir thoroughly until smooth.
– Add oil and yogurt, stirring all the time.

2. Add dry ingredients:
– Sift the flour and baking powder directly into a bowl with liquid ingredients.
– Stir everything until you get a smooth paste without lumps.

3. Cooking:
– Pour the dough into a pan with a non-stick surface and fry over low heat.
– Cover the pan with a lid and bake for about 10–15 minutes until the dough is baked and golden brown.

4. Application:

– Before administration, set aside to cool slightly.
– You can decorate with powdered sugar or fresh fruit at your discretion.

Note:
– If the mixture is too thick, add a little yogurt.
– If you do not have vanilla sugar, you can use vanilla extract
