Whip cream
In a large bowl, beat cold whipping cream with a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form (about 3–5 minutes).
Add condensed milk & vanilla
Fold in condensed milk and vanilla gently. Don’t overmix—keep it fluffy.
Add mix-ins
If using chunky add-ins, fold them in now.
Freeze
Transfer mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Serve
Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping for extra creaminess.
