Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare dough: Unroll croissant dough and separate into triangles.
Fill: Place ham, cheddar, and mozzarella on each triangle.
Roll: Start from the wide end and roll into a crescent shape.
Egg wash: Brush with beaten egg.
Bake: Place on parchment-lined sheet, bake 12–15 min until golden and cheese is bubbly.
Finish: Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
Storage
Room temp: Airtight container, up to 24 hrs.
Fridge: Airtight container, up to 4 days.
Freezer: Wrap individually, freeze up to 2 months. Reheat in oven at 350°F for 8–10 min.
