Garlic Glazed Chicken

1. Marinate the chicken:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
2. Sear the chicken:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chicken and sear both sides until golden brown.
3. Add the glaze:
Pour in the remaining marinade and let it simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken beautifully.
4. Serve:
Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped parsley if desired.
