Ingredients:

For the Dough

250 g flour

3 tbsp melted butter

125 ml lukewarm milk

2 tbsp sugar

20 g fresh yeast (½ cube)

1 egg yolk

Flour for the work surface

For the Filling

350 g plums (Zwetschgen)

3 tbsp sugar

¼ tsp ground cloves

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp cornstarch

30 g chopped almonds

3 tbsp melted butter
