CRISPY FRIED MUSHROOMS WITH COOL RANCH DIP

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

In another bowl, whisk egg and milk together.

Dip mushrooms in the wet mixture, then coat with the dry flour mixture.

Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (180°C).

Fry mushrooms in batches until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes.

Drain on paper towels, then garnish with parsley.

To make the ranch dip, mix all dip ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
