Ingredients (Serves 4)
Base  Salad Ingredients
🥑 2 ripe avocados, diced

🥫 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained & rinsed

🍅 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

🌶 1 cup bell peppers (yellow/red), diced

🧅 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped

🌿 1/3 cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped

🥒 1 small cucumber, diced (optional)

🧄 1–2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)

Dressing Ingredients

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice)

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Salt & black pepper to taste

Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
