Instructions:
Prepare the Garlic Bread:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley. Spread evenly on both bread halves.
Bake on a sheet for 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy.
Cook the Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Set aside.
Assemble & Grill:
On one garlic bread half, layer shrimp and Monterey Jack cheese. Top with the other half.
Heat a skillet with butter over medium heat. Grill the sandwich 3–4 minutes per side until cheese melts and bread is golden.
Slice and serve immediately.
