The Big Mac Protein Bowl

Ingredients

The Base & Protein

  • 1 lb Extra lean ground beef (93% or 96% lean)

  • 4 cups Shredded romaine lettuce

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup Red onion, finely diced

  • 1/2 cup Dill pickle chips (sugar-free for lower calories)

  • 1/2 cup Reduced-fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

The “Mac” Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt (this keeps it high protein)

  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free ketchup

  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard

  • 1 tbsp Pickle juice

  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder

Optional Toppings

  • Sesame seeds

  • Fresh chives or green onions
