Instructions:
Make the Cake Batter:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and mashed bananas.
