Baked Parmesan Yellow Squash

Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare Squash:
Wash and dry the squash. Trim the ends and slice into ¼-inch thick rounds.

Arrange on Baking Sheet:
Place squash slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Season:
Sprinkle garlic salt and black pepper evenly over the squash slices.

Add Cheese:
Generously top each slice with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake:
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the squash is tender and the cheese is golden and crispy. For extra crispiness, broil for a couple of minutes at the end (watch closely to avoid burning).

Serve:
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a side, appetizer, or snack!
