🧾 Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 1 small head iceberg lettuce, cored and chopped

  • 1 heart of romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ¼ cup fresh chives, finely chopped

For the Blue Cheese Dressing:

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

  • ¾ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup buttermilk

  • 1 ½ cups crumbled blue cheese, divided
