A Creamy, Colorful Pasta Delight

🧾 Ingredients

For the Salad Base:

  • 1 (16 oz) package spaghetti, broken into 1-2 inch pieces

  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced

  • ½ red onion, finely diced

  • 1 large cucumber, diced

  • 3 stalks celery, diced

  • 1 can (about 15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained

For the Creamy Dressing:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ¾ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
