Loaded Taco Dip

This hot, cheesy, and fully-loaded dip is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Baked in a skillet for a rustic presentation, it’s layered with seasoned beef, beans, and a cool, fresh topping.

Ingredients

For the Hot Base Layer:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning

  • 1 can (15 oz) refried beans

  • 1 ½ cups salsa

  • ¾ cup shredded pepper jack cheese

  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Fresh Topping:

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • ½ cup sliced black olives

  • ¼ cup finely diced red onion

  • 1-2 jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 cup sour cream
