Directions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Prepare the Base:
– Spread the frozen hash browns evenly in the prepared baking dish.
3. Layer the Ingredients:
– Top the hash browns with cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and 1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
4. Mix the Egg Mixture:
– In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and mix until well combined.
5. Assemble the Casserole:
– Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top.
6. Bake:
– Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
