4 Assorted Waffles

Light Yogurt Waffles

Preparation:

1 – In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the yogurt. Then add the brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and oil. Mix until well combined.

2 – Sift the flour and baking powder, then gradually add them to the mixture. Whisk vigorously until you have a smooth batter without any lumps.

3 – Preheat your waffle iron. Pour a large spoonful of batter into the center of each mold and close.

4 – Cook according to your waffle iron’s power until the waffles are golden brown, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside.

Serve immediately with powdered sugar, honey, maple syrup, or fresh fruit.
