Cook the sausage – In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage, breaking it up with a spoon, until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.

Combine – Stir the Alfredo sauce into the skillet and warm for 1–2 minutes. Add the uncooked tortellini and toss until evenly coated.

Bake – Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes, until the tortellini is tender and the sauce is bubbling.

Finish – Remove the foil and bake for another 5–10 minutes, until the top is lightly golden. Let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
